Hi family and friends......

Hope this finds you all well, and enjoying spring/summer weather and activities!

Wanted to let you know about my Dr.'s appt. on Wednesday.
We saw Dr. Richardson, and he was very kind and answered our questions well.
No chemo for 30days, they are still looking for the right one to fit my needs!
They have given me a patch for my pain, but already, has had to be adjust down....
we will get that worked out soon.
We are both hanging in there, and anxious for the next chemo to begin!
Again, thank you all for your prayers, cards, and calls....... means so much that
you are thinking of us and keeping us in your prayers!
Means so much!
love, Kim and Bill

Hi family and friends!

WE ARE BACK!!!!

Bill and I had a wonderful time in Amsterdam, Florence, Tuscany and Rome!
I should mention that Mike and Colleen, also had a great time.
We saw many places, had lots of laughs, did alot of walking, and the stairs in Rome, to get in the Sistine Chapel, were my only hesitation, but I made it up, and it was well worth the effort!!!
Mike and Colleen took many pictures, so we will have memories and pictures to show and talk about.
We did get delayed in Rome for about 4 hours, because of 'ash'; and then missed our connection in NY; but made it home 'mother's day'!
It was good to be home, and sleep in our own bed.

I will be going to Mayo and seeing Dr. Creagan soon, and then know what my next course of action will be...
I will up-date you when we know!
Hope this finds you all well, and looking forward to hearing from you all!
Thank you for the prayers and thoughts, they mean alot.

Hi family and friends,

Wanted to let you know of my latest 'addition' and how it is working.
I did finally get my port, March 1........... a little more recovery than
i thought, but after putting it to use for my chemo and blood draw, well
worth the time, pain and effort! :)

Been feeling pretty good; but it seems when i start feeling the best,
it is time for more chemo........... but again, well worth that, as well. :)

I hope this finds you all well. The weather is getting to the time
of year that i am able to walk a little outside....... much better!

Again, 'thank you' for all of the thoughts and prayers......
so greatly appreciated!

Hi family and friends....
Wanted to give you my latest up-date, the results of my latest visit with
Dr. Creagan.
First of all, the news was very good, the tumor appears to be shrinking up to 30%!
so happy about that! :)!
Also, on Monday, March 1, I will finally be getting my port! :)
I will have another chemo treatment on March 3rd, which will give my body a day or so to
recover from the port 'surgery'! All in all, a good visit!!
Although tired, I feel pretty good! Do have some nausea occasionally, but eating more often
helps.
Hope this finds you all well!
Again, 'THANK YOU' for all of the prayers, thoughts, cards and all that you do; to help me fight
this battle!

HI FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
just a very brief up-date from Tuesday's visit and chemo!
After not being able to take chemo last week, because of my blood
count.... i had it again tested in White Bear Lake on Friday, so Bill and I would not drive
to Rochester, again to find out my blood was too low.
Dr. Creagan left a message wanting to see me before my chemo on Tuesday....
wasn't sure 'why'? until we met......... but he just wanted to know how i felt and was doing.
:) wow, how lucky am i to have him???
anyway, no port yet, but i believe, when i return on the 19th of February for my next x ray and chemo, we will discuss it, with more ' show and tell' of my arms and wrists.... what a mess they are!!!
anyway, am doing fine, bit of nausea and tire easily.... but it is under control! :)
thank you all for your thoughts and prayers..
they mean so much!
:)

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO YOU ALL!
